Mrs. Elizabeth A. Carlisle, widow of the late Stephen D. Carlisle, of 282 Sixth Avenue, died on Sunday evening at seven o'clock of senile debility, aged 86 years. She had been in failing health for some time and the end was not
unexpected. She is survived by the following children: Mrs. Lydia Frost, Harrisburg; Mrs. Jennie Feeser, with whom she lived; Thomas Carlisle, Slatington; William Carlisle, Chester County, and George Carlisle, Columbia
County. A sister, Mrs. Mary A. Woods, of Missouri, and brother, William Duval,of Cumberland County, also survive. She was a member of the United Brethren in Christ Church. Burial will be made at West Fairview, Cumberland County. [Lebanon Daily News, Dec 20, 1909, Page 1]
