Harold Wayne Tate, 55, Borger, died Monday, Dec. 13, 1993 in St. Anthony's Hospice in Amarillo.
Services are pending with Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Mr. Tate was born in Alba, and had been a Borger resident for nine years. He was a truck driver for E.D. Baker.
He was preceded in death by a son, Johnny Tate in 1969.
Survivors include his wife, Edna of the home; four daughters, Debbie Crump of Hale Center; Elizabeth Shaver of Andrews; Kathy Whooten of Sheridan, Ark.; and Linda Hernandez of Borger; his mother, Margie Tate of Borger; a brother, Earl Tate of Borger; two sisters, Shirley Jones of Borger; and Linda Long of Lubbock; and six grandchildren.
