She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Thomas Ainsworth, Jr., her brother, Ivan C. Smith and his wife Dolores and her nephews, Arthur Smith and his wife, Debbie and James Smith and his wife, Christel.
Family and friends are invited to the funeral service on Thursday, April 8, at 12 noon at the DOHERTY FUNERAL HOME, 3200 Limestone Rd., Pike Creek, where friends may gather and visit from 11 am-12 noon. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the National Parkinsons Foundation Donor Services, 1501 NW 9th St., Miami, FL 33136.
