Anna married Johannes Isaksson on June 23, 1873.
They were the parents of nine children: Johan Frithiof, Maria Josefina, Tekla Karolina, Hilma Sofia, Edla Augusta, Ferdinand Valdemar, Gerda Viktoria, Henny Agvilina, and Ida Theresia.

Mrs. Anna Maria Isackson, 96, pioneer resident of Leonard, passed away at the Clearwater Hospital at Bagley Monday, may 2. She had a stroke on March 11, and had been bedridden ever since.
Funeral services were held Saturday, May 7, at 2 p.m., in the Zion Lutheran Church at Leonard, with Rev. Rudolph Nilson of Bemidji officiating and the Cease Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Interment was made in the Sinclair Township Cemetery beside her husband. A large group of relatives and friends attended the last rites.
Two Swedish songs were sung by a trio from Weme, Mrs. Oscar Lindgren, Gust and Axel Nordlund. They were accompanied by Miss Olga Lundmark at the piano. They also sang an English song at the cemetery. Mrs. C.E. Conner played the funeral music.
Serving as pallbearers were Clarence and Charley Stenlund, Levi and Erick Lenuson and Lewis and James Norman. There were many beautiful floral tributes and a large number of memorials were given in her memory.
Mrs. Anna Maria Isackson was born in Stenseli, Sweden, December 11, 1852, where she grew to womanhood. She was united in marriage to Johannes Isackson in Sweden, June 24th, 1873. She arrived at Leonard with her husband and children from Sweden December 9, 1903.
Ten children were born to this union, three having preceded her in death. Her husband passed away in 1925. She leaves to mourn her passing seven children: Mrs. Gust Lundmark (Tekla), Ferdinand Isackson, John Isackson, all of Leonard, Mrs. Art Holquist (Ida) of Spokane, Washington, Mrs. Oscar Lundmark (Gerda) of Big Bend, North Dakota, and Mrs. Carl Fredreicks (Henney) of Chicago, and also 33 grandchildren and 47 great grandchildren. All of her surviving children were present at the funeral.
She will be greatly missed by all of knew her.
