William H. Bearinger, aged 78, of 1114 College Ave. SE, passed away very unexpectedly at St. Mary's Hospital Monday morning. Surviving are his wife, Barbara; a daughter, Mrs. Florence Lubinskas; four grandchildren, Allen, Barbara Sue and Thomas Lubinskas and Mrs. Ruth Ann Scott; a sister, Miss Emily Bearinger, all of Grand Rapids; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 1:30 at the Van'tHof Chapel of the Hollebeek-Oele Mortuaries, 851 Leonard St. NW, with the Rev. Herbert W. Barten of St. John's Church of Christ officiating. Interment Riverbend Cemetery. Mr. Bearinger reposes at the chapel, where relatives and friends may meet the family from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Wednesday.
