Edna Matilda Schleuder was born May 21, 1895, in Ontario, Canada, the daughter of Remholdt Schleuder and Irene F. Pietig. On October 12, 1914, in Welland County Ontario, Edna, age 19, married Edward H. Lamprich, age 22, son of Heinrich (Henry) Lamprich and Amelia (Emily) Schubert. Edward was born in LaCrosse, Wisconsin (LaCrosse County) on May 21, 1892. Shortly after their marriage, Edna immigrated to the United States in 1914 with her new husband. On June 5, 1917, Edna and Ed were living in Binghamton, New York when Ed registered for the World War I Draft. He listed his age as 25, his address in Binghamton, his occupation as a window decorator, his birthplace as LaCrosse, Wisconsin, and he stated that he was married. In 1920, Edna, age 24, and Ed, age 37, were living in Tulsa, Oklahoma (Tulsa County) where Ed was working as a delivery man for dry goods. In 1930, Edna, age 34, and Ed, age 37, were living in Richmond Heights, Missouri (St Louis County) with their seven-year old daughter, Betty Jane. Ed was working as a display manager for house furnishings. Apparently, Edna and Edward divorced at some point, and Ed married again. Ed died in 1972 in Sun City, Arizona (Maricopa County). Edna died at the age of 104 on February 14, 2000, in Afton, Oklahoma (Ottawa County).
