Funeral services in Molalla Saturday preceded interment in historic Rock Creek cemetery at Needy for Charles F. Taylor, 75, life time resident of the Yoder community. He died in a Salem convalescent home Thursday morning, March 9, after several months' illness.

He had farmed and worked in the Yoder mill prior to retirement several years ago. He was a member of Canby lodge No. 156, IOOF, at Canby. He was born near Yoder, April 7, 1891, the son of Frank E. and Jane McConnell Taylor. His wife, the former Verbu Marie Miller, died in April 1964. They had been married March 3, 1915, in Vancouver, Wash.

A daughter, Mrs. Fay (Delilah) Huiras of Yoder, granddaughter, Mrs. William O. Johnson (Lila June Huiras) of Milwaukie, and a sister, Mrs. Edna Rittenhouse of Lake Oswego, survive.

Services were in the Molalla chapel of Everhart & Kent.

MOLALLA - Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Molalla Chapel of Everhart & Kent for Charles .F. Taylor, 75, lifetime resident of the Yoder community, who died Thursday in a Salem nursing home.

Interment will be in Rock Creek Cemetery at Needy.
