    Survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Marilyn (Surman) Hanley; a son, Mark Hanley; a daughter, Louann (Chet) Ginn; three grandchildren, Frank, Todd and Heather; brother, Leslie Hanley.
    Born in Canton, OH, living in New Lenox the past 30 years. Preceded by his parents, William and Sadie (Augustine) Hanley; a son, Kenneth Jr. (1968); a brother, Robert Hanley (2000); and a sister, Betty Johnson.
    A World War II veteran Army Air Corp. Employed by AT&T as an engineering associate retiring in 1984 after serving them for 32 years. Member of St. Jude Catholic Church, Harry E. Anderson VFW Post #9545, American Legion, Tom Hartung Post #1977, and lifetime member of D.A.V.
    Family will receive friends at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, Cedar at Francis Rds., Monday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Services Tuesday 10:00 a.m. October 31, 2000, to St. Jude Catholic Church 10:30 a.m. for Mass of Christian burial. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Memorials to New Worship Space Campaign.
