GRANBURY -- Tillman Lafayetee Fonville, 83, died Monday January 19, 2004 at Granbury Nursing Home in Granbury, TX.

Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, January 22, 2004 at Oakwood Cemetery directed by Kimbrough Funeral Home. Visitation wil be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Kimbrough Funeral Home.

Mr. Fonville was born August 5, 1920 in Thurber, Texas to Thomas J. and May (Johnston) Fonville. He served in the US Army during WWII. He married Dicie May Perdue on December 23, 1965 in Stephenville and was a retired duct work installer in the air conditioning business.

He is survived by his wife Dicie Fonville of Granbury; daughters, Dorothy Casey, Barbara Clayton, Darlene Walston and Marlene Reynolds all of Ranger and Betty Sue Moon of Stephenville; sons, Phillip Fonville of Jacksboro, Richard Fonville; step sons, Eddie Williams and Jerry Wood both of Breckenridge, Melvin Wood of Graham; and 24 grandchildren.
