Lawrence W. Johnson, 75, passed away February 3, 2006. He was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars serving in the U.S. Army for 30 years, and was a Command Sergeant Major.
Beloved husband for 23 years of Mary J. (nee Weitzel); proud father of Kazuo; proud step father of Kevin, Kent, Kurt and Jeanne Leferre, Karen (Doug) Schreiber; devoted grandfather of Kyler, Jennifer, Catherine, Kelsey, Kent Jr., Andrew and Mathew; the son of the late William and Louise Johnson of Lexington, VA; dear brother of Fred; fond nephew of Lenwood (Emma) Isaac and Mary (Kenney); and many cousins.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 to 8 PM at MARSH FUNERAL HOME, 305 Cemetery Rd., Gurnee, IL and Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at St. Paul the Apostle.
