Jeannette C. Kigar, 91, of Charlevoix and formerly of Liberty Center, Ohio, died Friday, March 21, 2008, at the Meadowbrook Medical Care Facility in Bellaire. A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 29, at the Heath Cemetery in Washington Township, Henry County. Winchester Funeral Home in Charlevoix is handling the arrangements.
