Marsing - Mrs. Dorothy M. Zittel Burnett, 39, a former Marsing resident, died Friday at her home in Philipsburg, Mont., following a lengthy illness.
She was married to James Burnett in December, 1957, and the couple made their home in Philipsburg for several years, where Mr. Burnett operated a lumber yard and hardware store.
Mrs. Burnett was a member of the Episcopal Church.
In addition to her husband, survivors include a step-daughter, Mrs. Robert C. Farr, Richland, Wash.; her mother, Mrs. Lee Schaffer of Boise; three brothers, Leon Zittel, Kellogg, James Zittel, Bly, Ore., and Dale Zittel, El Cajon, Calif.; four sisters, Mrs. Philip Salois and Mrs. Joe Baxter, both of Philipsburg, Mrs. Charles Juker, Nampa, and Mrs. William Tuning, Caldwell, three grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Her father, George Zittel, died in Nampa in January.
Services will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. at the Philipsburg, Mont., Episcopal Church. Interment services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Kohlerlawn, Nampa, with the Rev. Fr. Harold V. Myers officiating. The cortege will leave the Alsip Chapel at 1:45 p.m.
