Son of George L. Foster & Mary Matilda Conklin; born at Galva, Henry County, Illinois; moved to San Diego as a teenager - 1889; died at San Diego, California.Practicing physician from the early 1900's until his death. Attended Hahnemann Hospital, San Francisco in 1899. In 1913 he had a house built in "La Playa", Point Loma, for his wife. All 6 children of theirs were born there.
