James G Beam, 59, a lifelong resident of Waymart, died Tuesday night November 19, 2002 at home, following an illness. His wife of 35 years is the former Patricia Kleinhans.
Born in Honesdale, he was the son of Burneda Swingle Beam, of Waymart and the late Gardner Beam
A graduate of Waymart High School. James was a veteran of the Vietnam War and was retired from the National Guard.
Prior to his illness, he was employed as a welder for Wells Cargo.
