Allen T. Oliver, a well known and worthy citizen, died of consumption at his home near Jordan Monday afternoon. Mr. Oliver was 58 years old and leaves a wife, three sons and three daughters. He was a member of the Methodist Church and his remains were interred at Liberty, services being conducted by Rev. Mecoy. Rev Lowry was called to officiate over the remains, but a telegram announcing the death of his father at Cayce was handed to him and he was compelled to leave at once for Cayce.
