COLUMBUS, GA— George Albert Sizemore, 84, of Columbus, GA died Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at VistaCare Hospice. Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Friday, January 15, 2010 in Striffler Ð Hamby Mortuary, Macon Road Chapel with interment in Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends this evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Sizemore was born July 4, 1925 in Cusseta, GA the son of the late Thomas J. and Johnnie L. Curlee Sizemore. He was a lifelong resident of Cusseta and Columbus. Mr. Sizemore was the owner of Sizemore Front End Alignment. He was a Missionary Baptist by faith. Survivors include his wife, Louise Sizemore; a daughter, Brenda Bowser; a step-daughter, Rebecca K. Smith; a step-son, Gary Hale; a brother, Ernest Sizemore; a sister, Frances Myers; eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
