Wreck Victims
Funeral services were held Friday, July 6 at 4 p.m. at the Latter Day Saints church in Grannis for Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Clayborn, who were killed in a car accident at 8:15 a.m. Saturday June 30 in Robbins, Calif. Rev. Rie Morrison of Louisiana officiated. Interment was in Gillham cemetery under direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home...
...Mrs. Lois Leard Clayborn, 30, was born May 31, 1926 near Gillham. She is survived by one daughter, Linda Gail Clayborn; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Leard, Mineral; two brothers, Raymond Leard, Mineral, and Mack Leard, Broken Bow, Okla.

Killed En Route
To Sevier County
Word was received over the weekend by Mr. and Mrs. Roy Leard of the Mineral community that their daughter, Lois Clayborn, and son-in-law, Ralph Clayborn, were both killed in a car accident near Sacramento, Calif.
Eight-year-old Linda Clayborn, the couple's daughter, was seriously injured.
The couple was en route to Sevier county to visit the Leards when the accident occurred.
