Funeral service for Tanner Darbonne will be 2pm Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home with Matthew Pagels officiating. Interment will follow at Emmanuel Cemetery in Chopin, Louisiana. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until service time at Blanchard St. Denis on Saturday, April 17, 2010.


Tanner age 17 years of age passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2010.

Tanner was a loving son, a caring uncle, protective brother and a good friend. He was full of life and touched so many people with his pure heart and kind soul. Being light-hearted, compassionate to others, having a spirit of peace and a loving warm smile that always brightened everyone's darkest day around him describes Tanner to all that knew him. We know that he is now with the Lord in heaven.

He is survived by his parents, Craig and Angie Darbonne; sisters, Krystal Hayden (Jason) and Krystal Tuttle; grandparents, Joe and Sara Bataglia, Betty Chance, Paul and Judy Darbonne and Ernie Edwards; niece Lyvia Angelea Hayden; expecting nephew, Jaxon Tanner Hayden; god parents and pastors, Gerald and Regina Burton; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many close friends.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers include Tony Joe Bataglia, Jason Hayden, Colby Kilgore, Stevie Rachal, Leroy Levergne, Gerald Burton, Jaime Darbonne and Dan Dobson.
