Survived by four sons - Verdie Byrd, J.L. Byrd, Elmer Byrd; Charles Byrd; three daughters - Bertha Roberts, Hertha Chisum and Louise Warren; one brother - Homer Lee Burns; 18 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
