Ulis Glenn Pack, age 89, of Marshall passed away Thursday, April 15, 2010 at the Veteran's Hospital in Little Rock, AR. He was born in the Bear Creek community on March 09, 1921.

He was a member of 1st Baptist Church of Marshall, AR. As a union ironworker, Mr. Pack worked at various Titan missile bases and Nuclear 1 & 2 at Russellville, AR. He also was involved in the construction of Bull Shoals dam.

Ulis Glenn Pack was preceded in death by his parents, James L. Pack and Nearvie (Bohannon) Pack, his wife of 51 years, Lorene (Sanders) Pack, a very special friend, Pauline Scarlett, two brothers and one sister.

Survivors include two sons: Mike Pack and wife Roberta of Mountain Home, AR, Wendell Cassell and wife Ina of Clinton, AR. Two daughters: Audretta Passmore and husband Charles of Marshall, AR and Linda Sue Gillis of Washington state. Eight grandchildren: Lindsay Pack, Wendy (Kelly) Gross, Shane (Becky) Passmore, Randy Cassell, Ricky Cassell, Roby (Sally) Cassell, Travis Bishop and Cyndey Gillis. Four great grandchildren: Amber Gross, Winston Gross, Kelsey Cassell and Gabe Passmore. Mr. Pack leaves a host of friends and several nieces and nephews who will mourn his passing.

Visitation for Ulis Glenn Pack will be Saturday, April 17th from 6-8 PM at Roller Coffman Funeral Home. His service will be 2:00 PM Sunday, April 18th at Roller Coffman Chapel with Bro. Jackie Smithson officiating. Burial will follow at Bear Creek Cemetery in Marshall, AR.

Pall bearers are: Shane Passmore, Randy Cassell, Roby Cassell, Ricky Cassell, Travis Bishop, Kelly Gross and Winston Gross.
