She was born on Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2000 in Provena St. Joseph Hospital, Elgin.
She is survived by her parents, Brent F. and Denise (nee Gehrke) Adler of East Dundee; a brother, Ethan F. of East Dundee; her maternal grandparents, Dennis and Dorothy Gehrke of Buffalo Grove; her paternal grandparents, Frederick and Laurel Adler of Brookfield, Wis.; maternal great grandmothers, Ruth Kamphoefner of Arlington Heights and Lila Gehrke of Mondovi, Wis.; paternal great grandparents, Rev. Dr. Karl (Jean) Barth of Elm Grove, Wis. and Marion Adler of Brookfield, Wis.; three uncles, Dan Gehrke, Darin Gehrke and Clint (Kirsten) Adler; and an aunt, Katie Adler.
Faith was preceded in death by her maternal grandfathers, Rev. Robert F. Kamphoefner and Edwin Gehrke; and paternal great grandparents, Frederick and Grace Adler.
Private family funeral services will be held on Saturday in the Miller Funeral Home, West Dundee, the Rev. William P. Yonker officiating. Burial will be in the Dundee Township East Cemetery, East Dundee.
