Frank Piper - Franck C. Piper, son of the late Earl J. and Ida Piper, Cokeville, died Feb. 6, 1973, at St. Francis Hospital, Pittsburgh.
Born April 24, 1912, at Cokeville, he was a son of the late Earl and Ida Clark Piper.
Surviving are his widow, Martha, and two children, Charles Piper and Eileen La Donne, both of Pittsburgh; five grandchildren, five brothers and six sisters.
Friends are being received today from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Winter's Funeral Home, Penn Ave., Pittsburgh. Mass will be offered in the St. Joseph Church, Penn Ave., Friday at 10 a.m. with internment in the St. Mary's Cemetery, Pittsburgh.
