Benjamin Franklin Barrow was the son of Benjamin Barrow and his first wife Permelia Jane White. He was married first to Sarah Ann Middleton and secondly to Cora Angelica Sterling. B. F. Barrow served in Company F, Spaight's Battalion, Texas Volunteers during the War Between the States.
