Eddie was the 6th child of Joseph Lowrance and Elizabeth Noack Lowrance. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of Hemphill Heights Chapter No.448. Uncle Eddie married Aunt Neen (Maxine Honea Capps Stalcup) on Dec.15,1945 in Weatherford,Tx. They never had children for fear of Muscular Dystrophy which ran in Aunt Neen's family. Instead, they lavished their attention on their nephew and his family. And the family is very greatful for such a loving Aunt and Uncle as Aunt Neen and Uncle Eddie.
