Born in Darby, he previously resided in Glenolden before moving to Folcroft. Mr. Mundy attended Interboro High School. He worked in general contracting, but his passion was working with cars.
Mr. Mundy enjoyed living life to the fullest. He also enjoyed going to the casinos, playing the lottery and listening to country music.
He was the son of the late Edward and Mary Paulson Mundy.
Survivors: His companion, Mary Lou Scott; son Phillip Mundy; stepchildren, Desiree, Jonathan, Warren, Caroline Scott; brothers, Edward P. Mundy, Paul A. Mundy; sisters, Pamela Ambrose, Katherine Orsine; many family and friends.
Service: There will be no formal services.
Visitation: 6:30-8:30 p.m. Monday, Cavanagh Funeral Home, 301 Chester Pike, Norwood.
