Leroy Phillips was an Air Force retiree who had recently joined the Postal Service as a mail carrier, working out of the Edmond, Oklahoma, post office. On August 20th, 1986, a co-worker entered the post office and went on a shooting spree that left 14 people dead. Leroy Phillips was the final victim.
