Ida L. Thompson, 81, passed away Monday, April 12 at her home. She was born August 15, 1928 in Kansas City, the daughter of Eugene and Winifred Boone.
Ida married Robert Maurice Thompson on November 1, 1947 in Kansas City. He preceded her in death on September 2, 1964.
She is survived by her sister Anne "Chi Chi" Boone-Bohl, brothers Steve Boone, David Boone, five children, Karol Gregory, Cheryl Thinnes, Roberta Weaver, Robert Thompson and William Dan Thompson, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Ida is preceded in death by her sister, Gene Boone-Walker.
Funeral services were held on April 21 at the Braymer methodist Church in Braymer. Interrment was at the Cowgill Cemetery in Cowgill.
