Zella M. Ozier
GREENUP – Zella M. Ozier, 86, of Greenup died at 2:30 p.m. Monday (May 18, 1987) at her home.
The funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Bishop Funeral Home, Greenup. Burial will be in Mullen Cemetery east of Montrose. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
She was born Sept. 9, 1900, in Cumberland County, a daughter of John D. and Viola Adkins Allenbaugh.
She married Walter Cox in 1918. He died in 1952. In 1968, she married Carl Ozier. He died in 1974.
Surviving are two sons, Ernest S. Cox of Terre Haute and Lloyd Ozier of Loda; one daughter, Reba Louise Stokes of Lake Placid, Fla.; two brothers, Roy Allenbaugh of Mattoon and Ralph Allenbaugh of Arlington, Texas; one sister, Ethel McCellan of Missouri; 14 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
One son and one daughter preceded her in death.
Mrs. Ozier was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Greenup.
