On Thursday afternoon the ashes of Mrs. Barbara Adams was [sic] brought from Uniontown, Pa., where she recently passed away, and placed in the lot with her husband Archev [sic] Adams, who died 13 year [sic] ago, and deceased children, in the Iola cemetery. Claud C. Adams, a son, who brought the remains here, Fred P. Rees, a brother and Mrs. Rees, Roy Sleeper, undertaker, L.F. Hall, sexton, witnessed the deposit; the funeral services having been held in Pennsylvania, where she was on an extended visit, her home having been at Hutchinson, Kas., since 1881. Mr. Clyde C. Adams is officially connected with the Richmond Radiator corporation, at Uniontown, Pa., where the urgency of his presence made it necessary for him to immediately return to that place.
