When Patricia Mary Acree was born October 13, 1931 her father and mother, Elmer and Josephine were both 31 years of age. She, her parents, Elmer and Josephine Risse and her 2 brothers lived in Los Angeles, later moving to San Pedro, where Pat grew up. As a young woman Pat was a secretary at Hawthorne Municipal Airport. She married Phil Acree on February 26, 1960. They had one son, Wesley. They lived in Vista, CA. on a small ranch. Later on Pat and her son, Wes moved back to San Pedro living near her mother, to whom she would later become the main care giver. Pat was secretary/bookkeeper at Sparkletts Water and retired due to a back injury.
She died on April 14, 2010.
