Beverly Barker Cavanaugh, 62, of Seattle and a former resident of East Wenatchee, died Thursday, Dec. 23, 1993, in a Seattle convalescent center, following an extended illness from diabetes complications, according to her sister-in-law, Helen Racus.
She was born July 15, 1931, to George and Rose Barker at Seattle.
She married Irvin Cavanaugh in 1961, and they lived in East Wenatchee before moving to Seattle.
She is survived by a brother, Tom of Seattle; a stepson, Ernest Cavanaugh of Seattle; a stepdaughter, Bonnie Schmutzler of Kentucky; a stepgrandson; and her mother-in-law, Lavinia Cavanaugh of Wenatchee. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1988.
