Florence Smith Burch was the widower of Wilton E. Burch. Mrs. Burch was the daughter of Wyatt Rankin and Irene Bankston Smith.

Funeral services for Mrs. Florence Burch, 74, who died at the Washington-St Tammy Hospital, Bogalusa this morning at 3:30, will be held at the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, Friday morning at 10 o'clock with Rev Warren Wall, pastor of the Second Baptist Church, Bogalusa Louisiana, officiating.
Mrs. Burch had been ill for some time and had been in the hospital for two weeks. The Ginn Funeral Home of Tylertown, Mississippi is in charge of final arrangements.
The deceased is survived by four children, Miss Velma Burch of 900 Long Avenue, who lived with her mother, Mrs. Pearline Slate of Palatka, Florida., Ernest Burch of Tylertown and Herman Burch of the Coast Guard, stationed in Curtis Ray, Maryland; one sister Mrs. Rosa Pigott, of Tylertown; and two brothers, Benton Smith and Murray Smith of Mt. Herman; and six grandchildren.
