Mrs Addie Lewis Fowler of 1429 South Hobart Dr Florence 64 widow of E E Fowler who died in 1967 died Friday afternoon in a local hospital after a month's illness Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m Sunday in Waters Funeral Home by the Rev J R Aiken Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery Mrs Fowler was born in Florence County a daughter of the late Dr Walter and Daisy Lewis. She spent her entire life in Florence and Florence County. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and the Lydia School Class of the church Surviving arc two daughters Mrs Henry Betty Korytkowski of Florence and Mrs Elvis Faye Howell of two sons E E Fowler Jr of Norfolk Va and Lewis A Fowler of Florence three brothers J D Lewis of Columbia W W Lewis of Baltimore Md and M J Lewis of Florence four grandchildren and two great grandchildren
