William was a wonderful high school friend who was taken from us much too soon. His daddy, "Mr. G", was a whiz at working on cars and a genius when it came to painting them. All the guys would flock to his backyard garage to drool over his work. I believe William drove a '62 Chevy Impala, probably an SS, which his daddy had painted powder blue.
William, I remember vividly one cool spring evening when you took me riding on your motorcycle. I still recall that evening every time I'm on that stretch of highway. R.I.P. my friend.
