Palestine Bolger, 72, of Nelson Twp., passed away surrounded by her family, on Sunday, April 1, 2007 at her daughter's residence following a lengthy battle with cancer. Born February 3, 1935 in Drift, Kentucky, to the late Merlin and June (Cole) Mullins, she was a cashier at Cleveland Public Schools for 20 years. She loved Bingo and crossword puzzles, but most loved time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Bolger of Nelson Twp., whom she married April 1, 1955, 52 years to her date of death; son, Thomas (Kathy) Bolger, Jr. of Garrettsville; daughters, Denise (John) Nemeth of Bay Village, Theresa Traci and Donna Rini both of Ruidoso, New Mexico; brothers, Claude and Cline Mullins of Kentucky and Clive Mullins of Georgia; sisters, Pauline Jones of Tennessee, Helen G. Bolger of Cleveland, Mary Rupric, Brenda Reynolds and Glo Mullins all of Kentucky; 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Carl. Calling hours are 5-8 PM on Wednesday, April 4, 2007 at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, Ohio 44231, where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Harrington Cemetery, Nelson Twp. ( RC 4-3-2007)
