Jordan Christopher Carbone, 5, died on February 1, 2001 at the Connecticut Children's Medical Center, in the presence and love of his family. Born in Hartford, and living in Wethersfield, Jordan attended Corpus Christi School in Mrs. Waldmiller's and Mrs. Skelley's Pre-K4 class, where he had many friends and really liked doing arts and crafts. Jordan's favorite food was donuts for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It didn't matter. He enjoyed going fast, whether on his roller-blades or when careening around the house and yard when playing with his friends and cousins. He loved water, and delighted in his daily shower; he couldn't wait 'til it was warm enough to go swimming. He loved to laugh, and he could always make his family laugh with him. He was sweet, smart, out-going, athletic, and loving. He is survived and remains in the loving memory of his friends, classmates, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, Nicholas R. Carbone of Hartford, Stephen and Susan (Simpson) Clark of Enfield, great grandparents, Katherine Simpson in Illinois and Antonina Clark of Hartford, his sister Vanessa, his brother Tyler, and his parents, Matt and Alaine (Clark) Carbone. He was predeceased by his grandmother, Barbara (Gillespie) Carbone. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Glastonbury.
