Funeral services for Mrs. Hazel Mae Hughes Coley Ammons, 88, will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 7, 2004 at Pafford Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Henderson County Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Ammons, a homemaker, died Wednesday, May 5, 2004 at the West Tennessee Transitional Care in Jackson, Tennessee.
She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Barbara Robinson of Lexington, TN; three grandchildren, Jeff Tennyson, George Tennison and Lorie Gravitt, 4 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Mrs. Ammons was preceded in death by two husbands, Ulys Vernon Coley and Carroll Dee Ammons; and by one son, Jackie Hughes.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, James Newton Hughes and Clydie Moore Hughes; brothers, James Vasco Hughes, William Robert Hughes and Clois B. Hughes; and sister, Lunell Hughes Wilson.
