A native of Franklin County he was the son of the late Albert Fletcher and Annie Grammer Arnold and member of the Baptist Church. Survivors includes wife Mrs Bell Walker Arnold; five daughters, Sue Nell Sisk of Estill Springs, Neva Fay Luttrell of Anaheim,Germany, Mary Trimble of Jonesboro, Ga., Linda Victory and Peggy Dianne Arnold both of Murfreesboro; seven sons,Charles Arnold of Fayetteville, James Arnold of Kelso, Pat Arnold, and Wayne Arnold, both of Huntland, Billy Arnold, Ray Arnold, and Bobby Lee Arnold, all of Flintville; two sisters, Estell Hall of Estill Springs and Ozell Campbell of Winchester; and one brother, Jesse Junior Arnold of Ypslanti, Mich.; 17 grandchildren.
