Mrs. Fred Brocker, 69, of 903 6th St., Kiel died at 11:45 p.m. Saturday at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Alfon Rabe of R. 1, Kiel.
Nee Ida Bosma, she was born in the town of Eaton on March 29, 1887 a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Sent Bosma. She was married to Mr. Brocker Oct. 14, 1904 and lived on a farm in the town of Eaton until 1943 when the couple retired and moved to Kiel. She was a charter member of the Eaton Ladies Aid Society and a member of the Women's Guild of St. Peter Evangelical and Reformed Church of Kiel and of the Kiel Frauenverein. Mr. and Mrs. Brocker celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in October of 1954.
Survivors include her husband, a son Milton of New Holstein, two daughters, Mrs. Alfon (Oliva) Rabe of R. 1, Kiel and Mrs. Jacob (Lorena) Ruh of rural Manitowoc, 14 grandchildren, four great grandchildren, three brothers, Alfred Bosma of New Holstein, George of R. 1, Kiel and Harry of R. 2, Sheboygan, and two sisters, Mrs. John Spettel of Kiel and Mrs. Edwin Pohl of Sheboygan Falls. Mrs. Brocker was preceded in death by two sisters.
