Mary (Danke) Fluhr
The angel of death claimed Mrs. Philip Fluhr on Saturday morning, after a long illness with pernicious anemia. The funeral services were conducted on Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Fluhr residence, by Rev. J. W. MacElree, and burial was made in the Eaton cemetery.

The deceased, nee Mary Danke, aged 61 years, was born in Rochester, N.Y., on Sept. 15, 1865, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Danke.

When she was four years old the family moved to Wisconsin. Her marriage to Philip Fluhr took place on October 23, 1885, at which time the couple took up their residence on a farm in the town of Schleswig. Ten years ago they moved to Kiel, and the homestead was taken over by their son Edgar.

Mrs. Fluhr is survived by her husband, and the following children: Walter residing on a farm near Meggers, Edgar of Schleswig, Mrs. Harry Mitchell of Glacier, Wash., Arno of Walla Walla, Wash., and the Misses Ruby and Edna at home; she also leaves 5 grandchildren.
