Burial: Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Brown, Owens & Brumley Funeral Home. Mrs. Mills was born Feb. 26, 1912, in Fort Worth. She was a member of Burchhill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton C. Mills, in 1973; a daughter, Wynette Cook, in 1988; a sister, Audrey Lee Rowley, in 1988; and lifelong friend, Bernice Miller, in 2001. Survivors: Son, Byron Mills; brother, James B. Mason; sisters, Velma Wayland, Lora Yvonne Gage and Catherine Perkins; grandsons, Kelly and Andrea Cook and Arron and Tressa Mills; granddaughters, Terry and Tim Sisk, Alicia Putman and Karla and Ray Cox; great-grandchildren, Jeremy and Byron Putman, Kasey and Clint Cox and Errin Mills; and great-great-grandchild, Jacob Putman.∼MOLLIE RUTH HOGAN MILLS WAS MARRIED TO MILTON CROCKETT MILLS 10OCT1931.
