Nikki was 63. She died at the Lower Cape Fear Hospice and Life Care Center, Wilmnington, N.C. after a long and couragorus battle with cancer. Nikki dearly loved her family. She was so proud of one and all of them. She pocessed a great passion to track down and learn of her ancestors.
She had lived in London, Ky. several years before her illness struck. She was cremated in N.C., ashes given to family and they made the trip to Charleston, WV., Hughart Cemetery and burried her ashes along with burying the ashes of Nikki's dad too, Ira Donald Hughart. This was Nikki and Ira's wishes for their burials.
