Eveline was the daughter of Edward Davis and Asilene Davis. She was educated in the Houston County School System. At a young age, she joined the Piney Grove Baptist Church in Kathleen, Georgia. After relocating to Warner Robins, Georgia she joined the Union Grove Baptist Church. She served on the Usher Board at both churhes.
She was married to Howard Allen.
