Clifford Hammons, age 75, of Perris, California, passed away Saturday, May 8, 2010, at Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center in Riverside, California.

He was born March 28, 1935 in Tecumseh, Oklahoma. Clifford was employed by Loffland Brothers Drilling Company for 30 years as an Oil Driller.

Clifford was preceeded in death by his parents Mack McKinley Hammons and Eula Pearl Johnson Hammons, and siblings, Lloyd Hammons, Deloris Hammons-Harmon, and Olen Hammons.

He is survived by his three Daughters; Terri Hammons-Hoeflicker, Tami Hammons and Tina Hammons; seven grandchildren, Deanna, Kelly, Michael, Garrett, Reanna, Amanda and Bryce; eight great-grandchildren; Katlyn, William, Matthew, Cameron, Nathan, Caleb, Samantha and Cayden; three siblings; Janita Hammons-Pruitt, Dean Hammons and Howard Hammons. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews, family members and friends.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Miller-Jones Mortuary located at 1835 North Perris Blvd, Perris, California, whre visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, May 12, 2010 followed by Funeral Service at 11:00 A.M.

Interment will be at Forrest Hills Cemetery, Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma.

Cliff was a great person, have never met him, talked to him on the phone and internet. He was involved in our family line Daniels/Rogers. Was such a great person with a wealth of information.

He will be sadly missed by so many people. His memory will live on in so many others, who have met him and knew him.
