THE PARIS NEWS, 4 May 1978: “Chester G.. Richardson of 800 W. Houston St. died at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at McCuistion Regional Medical Center. Services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Leverett Steele Thomas Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Mr. Richardson was born 10 Dec 1909, in North Platte, Neb., son of William Henry Harrison Richardson and the former Ruby Binnick. He married Eva Ozell Counts in 1932 in Hugo, Okla. He was a Baptist. Survivors include his wife; one son, Gerald Wilson Richardson of Tullahoma, Tenn; and two grandchildren, Catherine Richardson and Gerald Richardson, Jr. both of Tennessee.”
