Vada Gertrude Allred, 90, of Crossville, passed away Dec. 11, 2004. Funeral services were conducted Dec. 14 from the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home, with burial in Green Acres Memory Gardens. Bro. Johnny Goldston officiated.
Mrs. Allred was born Sept. 27, 1914, in Overton County, the daughter of John and Lena Ferrel Sevier.
She was a housewife and a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Harold Lavon and Peggy Allred of Crossville; granddaughters, Melissa Stack, DeAnn Stone and Tracey Baldwin; six great-grandchildren; and brother, Ordon Sevier of Crossville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Garland D. Allred; and brother, G.G. Sevier.
Pallbearers were Gordan Stack, Jeff Stone, Stanley Baldwin, Earl Sevier, Tyler Stone and Frank Sevier.
Bilbrey Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of the arrangements.
