Mrs. George C. (Mabel Kelly) Hazenfield, 82,of 1455 E. Lawrence St. died 7:28 p.m. Wednesday (Nov.30, 1983) in St. Mary's Hospital.


Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Brintlinger's Pershing Funeral Home, with visitation 6:30 to 8 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Memorials: American Cancer Society.


Mrs. Hazenfield was born in Shumway, daughter of Milton and Jenny Kelly. She was a member of Prairie Ave. Christian Church and Order of the Eastern Star Owen Scott Chapter 984. She married George C. Hazenfieldf in 1921.


Surviving are her husband; son, Charles M. of Mesa, Ariz.; daughter, Mrs. Gene (Doris) Stewart of Decatur; brother, Walter Kelly of Englewood, Colo.; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.


Three brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
