Mr Dobbs is survived by his wife, one daughter, one son, father, one sister, his brothers and sisters-in law, numerous nieces and nephews.
Honorary pallbearers will be coworkers and colleagues of Wedowee Hospital, St Clair Regional Medical Center and Clay County Hospital.
Mr Dobbs was born March 29, 1948, the son of Charles Wilson and Betty May Skinner Dobbs. He was a member of the Roebuck Seventh Day Adventist, a certified nurse anesthetist, a member of the following: SIMTA (Scout and International Motor Truck Association), AOPA (Aircraft Owner & Pilots Association), PADI (scuba diving Association), AANA (American Association of Nurse Anesthetist).
