Suggested edit: Mallman, Anna nee Hoffmann (Jan. 26, 1840-Nov. 7, 1924 –wife of Andrew Mallman [married Sept. 11, 1866 at St. Wendel Catholic Church in Cleveland, Town of Centerville] –daughter of Peter Hoffmann and Mary Nittler –born Trier, Germany –immigrated to the US with her parents in 1845 –was a member of St. Gregory parish until 1923 –perhaps it was then that she moved to Iowa –from Oct. 28, 1893 to Sept. 4, 1919 owned three vacant lots in Block 9 in St. Nazianz –one of these lots later became 205 East Main Street, while the other two became 103 and 105 South Fifth Avenue in St. Nazianz –sold these vacant lots to her son-in-law Gerhard Frank and his wife Mary Mallman –from April 22, 1895 to June 13, 1919 owned the house at 202 East Main Street in St. Nazianz as a rental property –died at Manning, Iowa, where she lived with her daughter Elizabeth, who was the wife of Joseph Feldman –died from “old age”) –buried at St. Gregory Catholic Cemetery in St. Nazianz, Town of Eaton [buried in Section 1, Row 14, Lot 25 –stone] [marriage record Manitowoc 4-13] [death record in Iowa]
