∼Mary E. "Helen" McGraw, 74 of Cedar Rapids, formerly of Manchester, died Saturday night, Jan. 8, 1994, at Mercy Hospital in Cedar Rapids, following a brief illness.
The daughter of Judd and Genevieve (Taylor) Culligan, she was born April 13, 1919 in Manchester. She grew up here and graduated from Manchester High School.
She was married to Paul Kennedy. They had two sons, Robert and Jerry, and lived in Manchester until 1950 when they moved to Cedar Rapids. They were later divorced. She then married Louis McGraw in 1965, and they made there home in Cedar Rapids.
She is survived by one son, Jerry, of Chicago Ill, six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one sister Laverne Bockenstedt of rural Manchester.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Louis; and one son, Robert.
